1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" — refers to the ntc333 website accessible at ntc333.net together with all services, games and features provided on it.
• "Player" or "User" — refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses ntc333 services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account opened by a Player upon completing the registration process at ntc333.
• "Balance" — refers to the total cash and bonus amount held in a Player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — refers to credits or additional benefits granted to a Player by ntc333 in accordance with the promotional terms applicable at that time.

2. User Eligibility

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Minimum deposit: RM50 for each payment method without exception.

Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Players are responsible for ensuring deposits are made from an account or e-wallet registered in their own name.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. This period is subject to ntc333's internal verification process and the availability of the payment provider's system.

Players are required to complete all relevant wagering requirements before a withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by ntc333.

Bronze tier players are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the Player's level of engagement and playing activity.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the ntc333 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and live betting — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which can be reviewed within the platform.

The results of all games are final. Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with ntc333's prevailing technical policy. In situations where a game result cannot be determined, ntc333 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting any technical bug or system vulnerability to gain an unauthorised advantage.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
